Sephora Canada seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor in Boucherville, QC — deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client to drive trust and repeat business.
- Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and trend insights.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and other key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain a welcoming, merchandised and well-stocked sales floor: manage inventory, replenish displays and ensure visual standards and cleanliness.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Work reliably within a flexible schedule; be available for peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated aptitude for outstanding customer service; retail or client-facing experience preferred.
- Passion for beauty products and trends with the confidence to advise diverse clientele.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, collaborative and focused on achieving shared objectives while respecting inclusion principles.
- Availability to meet the minimum weekly hours for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and to work peak periods.
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or beauty advisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer-service aptitude and a record of working effectively in team-based, target-driven retail environments are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics or relevant beauty certification is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
