Sephora Canada in Boucherville is hiring a Beauty Advisor. Part‑time role delivering personalised consultations and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that respond to each customer's needs and preferences.
  • Educate and empower clients by sharing product knowledge, application techniques and regimen advice.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product launches, beauty techniques and market trends to inform client recommendations.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory: replenish stock, organise displays and ensure a clean, inviting retail environment.
  • Work flexible hours and be available during peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service in a retail environment; prior beauty or cosmetics experience preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a confident, client‑facing manner.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long‑term client relationships.
  • Collaborative team orientation and a results‑driven approach while supporting an inclusive workplace.
  • Physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
