Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor and stay abreast of emerging beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding individual goals and key performance indicators
