Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and benefits
- Monitor beauty industry trends and product innovations to provide relevant, trend-forward advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through excellent service and upselling
