Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise by educating and empowering clients throughout their beauty journey
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by Sephora
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and empowerment among colleagues and clients
