Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on usage and benefits.
- Drive sales performance by exceeding individual and store KPIs through client engagement and conversion.
- Maintain store presentation: merchandising, inventory support, and ensuring a clean, organized retail environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, fresh advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior retail or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver excellent customer service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty-related certification is a plus.
