Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor (Full Time) in Boston, MA — Prudential Center. Hourly $18–$23.36; provide personalized beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory accuracy and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and brand assortments to keep advice relevant and compelling.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Work a flexible retail schedule to cover peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time (30–40 hours/week), including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
- Passion for beauty, trends and continuous learning; ability to quickly absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctuality and reliable attendance.

Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
