Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.

Qualifications
