The Beauty Advisor contributes to store targets, supports daily operations, strengthens team collaboration and delivers personalized, memorable customer experiences. This is a temporary, part-time position covered by the CCNL Commercio; the stated starting gross annual salary is €23,371.18 for a 40-hour full-time schedule and is adjusted proportionally for part-time hours.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to store objectives, including budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Foster a strong team spirit through open, trust-based collaboration with colleagues across the organization, creating a positive and productive environment and recognizing team and individual successes.
• Welcome customers and deliver a distinctive, memorable shopping experience, ensuring they feel cared for, heard and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and provide client-centric solutions, including personalized consultations based on clients’ profiles.
