Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and meet store KPIs through consultative selling, product demos and follow-up clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and visually compelling.
- Stay current with industry trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Availability for flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part‑time schedules.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and hands‑on demonstrations for extended periods.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client‑facing roles preferred but not mandatory.
