Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Bochum, Germany — full-time role delivering client consultations, sales and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and advice across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting clients, increasing items-per-basket and driving average basket value.
- Perform short services and beauty treatments across departments and support scheduled beauty classes to enhance service offering.
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards on the sales floor according to brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, warehousing and merchandising updates to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and assist with scheduled inventory counts.
- Capture and act on customer feedback and contribute to store KPIs including conversion rate and number of services.
Qualifications
- Entry-level кандидacy with prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred; first experience advising customers is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Reliable, well organised and able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented retail environment.
- Fluent in English (or native language of the country) and able to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
