Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Boca Town Center store in Boca Raton. The regular, permanent role involves personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, sales performance, merchandising and inventory support, and maintaining an inclusive, welcoming store environment; part-time schedules are 15–29 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered, and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.

- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, including peak retail periods such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
