Sephora in Boca Raton is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor — personalised beauty consultations and sales (Boca Raton, FL).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations that respond to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and ingredient benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, launches and brand assortments to provide relevant, on-trend advice.
- Drive sales performance and conversion by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain an organized, visually appealing and sanitary retail environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; ensure an accessible, respectful and welcoming client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe and compliant shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer service capability.
- Genuine passion for beauty, products and trends, with the ability to translate that enthusiasm into client recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly hours for a part-time schedule (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing-based retail duties for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or makeup certification is advantageous but not required.
