Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store education, product demonstrations and trend-informed advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals, KPIs and conversion targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming salesfloor.
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet the minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part-time roles.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and carrying merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused settings.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative selling ability.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven environment and adapts quickly to new product knowledge.
- Availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent punctuality.

Experience
Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships is valued.
