Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Boca Raton, FL — part-time hourly role paying $18–$20.50/hr to deliver personalised beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through in-store demonstrations, make-up applications or skincare guidance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay informed on category trends, new launches and techniques to provide current, relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and supporting store targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting a welcoming client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant retail environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product education with a desire to inspire client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and provide high-quality service is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty certifications are a plus but not required.
