Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate clients to build confidence and loyalty.
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory tasks and upkeep of a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
