Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor and share current beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to maintain relevant client recommendations
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while building long-term client relationships
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized shopping environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an empowered and welcoming atmosphere
- Uphold Sephora operational standards and company policies to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience
