Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product benefits
- Stay current with evolving beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide relevant, forward-thinking advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by management
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandising execution, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and empowering colleagues and clients

Qualifications
