Sephora Beverly Hills is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Beverly Hills, CA — hourly $22.60–$26.00/hr. Client-facing retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
  • Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate clients on application, ingredients and routines
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and category innovations to provide relevant, up-to-date advice
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up
  • Support store presentation, merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to company policies and loss-prevention standards
  • Maintain flexible availability and reliable attendance for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
