Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that address each client's specific needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty products, techniques, and trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, new product launches, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an environment where all team members and clients feel respected and empowered

Qualifications
