Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Bern on a temporary 30% contract from November to December 2026, starting 1 November. The role supports customers across beauty departments, delivers quick services and maintains product presentation and stock.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments: makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of products, trends and news from the beauty industry.
- Provide quick services across all departments.
- Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Manage stock and replenish merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
- Initial experience in retail, customer advice and customer service.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Fluent English or fluency in the local language.
