Sephora Bern seeks a Beauty Advisor (60% part-time) for a permanent on-site role starting June 2026. Apply to join the beauty retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, category-spanning customer advisory across makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Deliver short in-store services and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience and support product discovery.
- Communicate product knowledge, trends and new launches to customers and colleagues.
- Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising comply with brand standards and store directives.
- Maintain salesfloor and stockroom replenishment: prepare merchandise for sale and manage stock levels.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology/beauty diploma preferred, or equivalent experience and demonstrable interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality.
- Initial retail or customer-advisory experience; previous beauty consultation is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid knowledge of beauty categories and current industry trends.
- Fluent English (or native language of the country).

Education
