Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Berlin, Germany. Part-time retail role offering customer service, beauty consultation, and visual merchandising responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers across all departments
- Maintain full stock availability on the sales floor and conduct periodic inventory checks in adherence with operational protocols
- Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising displays comply with brand specifications and seasonal updates
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash register transactions with accuracy
- Support short-service beauty consultations and educational beauty classes as needed
- Execute merchandise maintenance, product organization, and warehouse restocking duties
- Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value, and customer satisfaction scores
- Report customer feedback and maintain awareness of beauty trends to inform service delivery
Qualifications
- Experience or demonstrated interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors
