Sephora Beauty Advisor, Berlin Alexanderplatz, part-time position combining customer service, visual merchandising, and retail operations in a prestige beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and gather customer feedback to drive satisfaction scores
- Maintain product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications and assist with merchandising updates
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked, prepare products for sale, and manage warehouse replenishment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and execute inventory counts on schedule
- Support short-format beauty services and educational classes across all product departments
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value, and service counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor furniture and displays
- Support team productivity and engagement through reliable, collaborative work
