Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Berlin Alexanderplatz store in a part-time position. The role combines customer engagement, visual merchandising, and retail operations within a prestige beauty environment that stocks nearly 500 brands including Sephora Collection. The position requires excellence in customer service, product knowledge, stock management, and operational compliance while contributing to team productivity and store performance metrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and gather customer feedback to drive satisfaction scores
- Maintain product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications and assist with merchandising updates
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked, prepare products for sale, and manage warehouse replenishment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and execute inventory counts on schedule
- Support short-format beauty services and educational classes across all product departments
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, average basket value, and service counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor furniture and displays
- Support team productivity and engagement through reliable, collaborative work
