Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Enhance staff productivity and engagement
  • Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency
  • Adhere to operational routines
  • Achieve turnover targets
  • Develop the beauty category
  • Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services
  • Conduct scheduled inventory
  • Maintain compliance with sickness and employee turnover rates
  • Support beauty classes and services across departments
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain assortment and merchandise
  • Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale
  • Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
  • Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
  • Support merchandising updates
  • Operate cash register
  • Perform additional daily business tasks

Qualifications

  • Communicative, reliable, and organized
  • Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner
  • Experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy
  • First experience in retail and customer advisory
  • Excellent communication skills with customers
  • Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends
  • Fluent in English or native language of the country

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
