Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations to empower their purchasing decisions
- Stay informed of current beauty industry trends, product launches, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's service standards
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
