Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a memorable, personalized shopping experience through thoughtful consultation and attentive service
- Deliver tailored beauty advice based on customer needs and product expertise across Sephora's extensive portfolio
- Support store management and product specialists in daily operational activities and inventory management
- Actively contribute to achievement of store targets, KPIs, and budget objectives while demonstrating adaptability to strategic changes
- Foster a collaborative team spirit and positive work environment through engagement with colleagues
- Manage stock rotation, inventory organization, and delivery processing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in similar sales or beauty advisory roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), ideally within dynamic multinational retail environments
- Secondary education diploma minimum
- Strong understanding of retail commerce KPIs and business fundamentals
- English language proficiency; French language knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach with emphasis on personalized service

Experience
