Sephora is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations and product recommendations, share product expertise, support sales goals, and maintain an inviting store environment. The role is permanent and requires 15–29 hours per week, availability for peak retail periods, and reliable attendance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
