Sephora seeks a part-time, flex Beauty Advisor on a non-guaranteed-hours basis (4–14 hours per week) at The Shops at The Old Mill in Bend, Oregon. The role delivers tailored beauty consultations, product expertise and recommendations, supports sales goals, inventory and merchandising, and maintains an inclusive, welcoming store environment; availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and support clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented, inclusive team environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
