Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and maintain current knowledge of trending beauty products, innovations, and industry developments
- Drive sales performance by exceeding KPIs and revenue goals established by the organization
