Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance, educating and empowering clients to make informed purchases.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized and visually appealing store environment through merchandising, inventory support and housekeeping.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through proactive selling, clienteling and trend-led advice.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to keep client advice relevant.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other customer-facing environments (preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for beauty, trends and continuous learning about products and techniques.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team player with a collaborative, goal-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous customer-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
