Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Bellevue, WA to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales. Hourly pay $21.75–$24.88/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines to empower beauty choices.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and brand assortments to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety policies.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred.
- Genuine passion for beauty, product trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult and influence.
- Collaborative team player who performs well in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet required weekly shift minimums and to work peak retail hours.

Experience
Entry-level (Beginner). Prior retail or client-facing experience preferred; 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or hospitality environments is acceptable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
