Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and contributing to conversion and retention goals.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Uphold company policies and create a safe, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Sephora’s standards.
  • Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required weekly hours for full-time (30–40 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and consumer education.
  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandising and inventory tasks.
