Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen routines.
  • Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Drive sales results and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs and performance targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised, and inviting retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing or retail experience demonstrating excellent customer service and relationship-building.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
  • Availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with peers and clients.
