Sephora Beijing seeks a full‑time Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and support store sales and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in accordance with Sephora service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Drive individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, product recommendation and upselling.
- Execute cashiering duties according to POS and company SOPs, including accurate transaction handling and adherence to the company’s promotional and CRM policies.
- Prepare and maintain product displays within assigned areas, ensuring visual standards, cleanliness and timely replenishment.
- Perform stock management tasks: receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO handling to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Participate in required brand and store training programmes, share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to team development.
- Comply with hygiene rules, company policies and any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by store management.

- Passion for cosmetics, skincare and the fashion/beauty industry.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude and openness to feedback and training.
- Team player who can collaborate with store colleagues and support store operations.
- Ability to follow operational procedures, visual merchandising standards and hygiene protocols.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail or beauty sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Customer‑facing experience and familiarity with makeup or skincare products will be an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certifications in cosmetology/beauty are desirable.
