Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week, and an eight-hour workday.
