Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice and product selection.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
  • Manage assigned areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer transactions following cashier procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
