The advisor delivers tailored consultations and product recommendations, supports sales, inventory, and merchandising, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
