Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product benefits to empower their purchasing decisions
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support sales performance by exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain store appearance by managing inventory, executing merchandising displays, and ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming environment
