Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and routine.
- Maintain awareness of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support store operations including inventory handling, merchandising, restocking and maintaining a clean, organized presentation.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s standards for safety, service and retail conduct.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
