Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and beauty trends to empower their purchasing decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, seasonal collections, and emerging industry trends
- Support sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development
- Maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment
