Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, high‑quality service.
- Drive sales and meet key performance indicators through active client engagement and product demonstrations.
- Support store presentation by maintaining merchandising standards, replenishing inventory and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience demonstrating strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.

- Reliable availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods; able to meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part‑time roles (15–29 hours/week).
