Sephora Beachwood, OH is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and earn $18.00–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through hands-on sampling, demonstrations and education to empower clients' purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory management and store presentation to ensure a clean, organised and on-brand environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies to create a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standard retail physical tasks.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shifts/hours and work peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
