Sephora in Bayamón, PR (USA) is hiring a Part‑time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in‑store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming shopping environment.
- Adhere to scheduled shift requirements and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client‑service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks required on a retail sales floor.

Experience
Entry‑level; previous retail or hospitality experience demonstrating strong client service and sales aptitude is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, USA, with easy access to San Juan.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
