Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through in-store demonstrations and client education on makeup, skincare and beauty tools.
  • Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and an inviting, hygienic sales floor.
  • Stay current on beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, timely advice that builds client loyalty.
  • Support a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours requirement for part-time roles.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another service-focused environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong consultative instincts.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible retail schedule.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
