Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor for a 50% temporary position in Basel, starting 1 December 2026. The role supports and advises customers across beauty departments, delivers short services, maintains visual merchandising and replenishes stock.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments: makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of beauty products, trends and news.
- Provide short services across all departments.
- Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Manage and replenish stock in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality.
- Initial experience in retail, customer advice and customer service.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Fluent English or fluency in the local language.
