Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and expert consultation to customers across all product categories including makeup, skincare and haircare, and fragrance
- Share product knowledge, beauty trends, and latest innovations with customers
- Deliver concise beauty services across all departments
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure sales floor is fully stocked and ready for sales
- Manage inventory and replenishment in both back-of-house and point-of-sale areas
Qualifications
