Sephora Canada is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Barrie, ON to deliver personalised consultations and drive in‑store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on usage, ingredients and benefits to empower confident purchase decisions.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, add-ons and conversion of walk-in traffic.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory accuracy and ensure the salesfloor is clean, organised and on-brand.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, support colleagues during peak periods and adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client services environment; retail beauty experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong consultative sales aptitude.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
