Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients in their beauty routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, inspirational advice.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising and maintain a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment that upholds company policies and ensures a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role.
  • Passion for beauty, product trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and effectively share product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
