Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor to join its Bari store and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the prestige beauty retail sector. The role involves greeting customers, providing personalized beauty consultations, building lasting client relationships, and actively contributing to store sales targets whilst fostering team collaboration. The successful candidate will combine genuine passion for beauty, strong sales acumen, and a service-oriented mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a unique, memorable shopping experience tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on client profiles and skin types
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive listening and expert product knowledge
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives, sales budgets, and key performance targets
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily operational activities
- Foster positive team dynamics through collaborative engagement and celebration of collective and individual successes
- Display proficiency in key commerce KPIs and utilize point-of-sale and retail software applications
- Adapt to strategic changes and new action plans whilst maintaining results-oriented focus
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty consultation, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in multinational retail environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of prestige beauty brands, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and hair care categories
- Strong proficiency in English language communication

Experience
Previous experience in similar retail or beauty advisor roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
Education
High school diploma (minimum).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 23371.18 per annum.
